Why not customize your Google Workspace settings with a corporate logo?
\nIn this guide, I’ll show you how you can add your business record to your G Suite that is visible across all G Suite services.<\/p>\n

1 – Sign in to the Google Workspace console<\/h2>\n

First, sign in to the Google Workspace admin console if you haven’t already.
\nTo log in, go to https:\/\/admin.google.com<\/a> and enter the administrator username and password.<\/p>\n

2 – Click on “Company Profile”<\/h2>\n

After logging in, click on “Company Profile” from the available options.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3 – Click on “Personalization”<\/h2>\n

So you will see a list of different options on this page, but you just have to go to the head and click on “Personalization” to upload your custom logo.<\/p>\n

4 – Upload your logo<\/h2>\n

On this page you can upload your own business or personal logo to replace the Google Workspace logo.
\nGoogle is very specific about the size of the logo. Make sure your logo size is 320×132 pixels. And that is less than 30 kbs.
\nTip: You can use Canva to create a logo for yourself or your business.
\nChoose the logo file on your computer to upload and click Save.
\nUpload the new logo file to G Suite<\/p>\n

Now your logo is uploaded!<\/h2>\n

After uploading your logo, you are all set! You can review the G Suite services, such as the Google disk, and you will see that your logo has replaced the Google logo itself.

Frequently asked questions and answers about customizing with the custom G Suite logo<\/p>\n

What is the recommended size and format for the G Suite logo?<\/h3>\n

Google recommends that the G Suite custom logo be 320 * 132 pixels.<\/p>\n

Although you could also upload a smaller size, but it can look blurry when Google tries to stretch it.<\/p>\n

So ideally you should use the recommended 320 * 132 pixels.<\/p>\n

Also, you should make sure that the size of your custom logo is less than 30 KB.<\/p>\n

G Suite logo size format-:<\/p>\n

When it comes to uploading your custom company logo to G Suite, Google only supports .PNG and .GIF files.<\/p>\n

Can we have our own Google Workspace company logo?<\/h3>\n

Absolutely, you should be able to upload your custom G Suite company logo until such time as you follow Google’s logo size and format requirements.<\/p>\n

How can we change our custom Google Workspace logo?<\/h3>\n

Changing the G Suite logo is pretty easy, just follow the same path you followed when uploading your initial logo:<\/p>\n

Access your G Suite admin console.
\nGo to Accounts -> Company Profile -> Personalization.
\nHere, click “Select file to upload” to upload your new logo.<\/p>\n

Finally, save the changes.<\/p>\n

Note -: Sometimes your new logo takes a while to appear, it reverts to a while if it doesn’t appear right away.<\/p>\n

Our custom Google Workspace logo does not appear, what should we do?<\/h3>\n

Normally, uploading your own logo to Google Workspace is a fairly straightforward process, and I’ve had a problem, but just in case you don’t see your logo, please consider following-:<\/p>\n

1. Make sure you have followed Google’s recommendation on the size and format of the logo explained above.<\/p>\n

2. You should see your logo in “Custom Logo” in the G Suite admin console, once you upload it, if you don’t see it here after uploading it, there is something wrong, you can try clearing the cache and the cookies.<\/p>\n

3. If you see your logo under the “Custom Logo” radio button, but not in end-user applications (eg Gmail, Google Drive, etc.), then allow it to be reflected sometime.<\/p>\n

Google says it can take up to 4 days for the newly uploaded custom logo to appear in G-pack apps.<\/p>\n

Also, make sure your logo doesn’t include Google, Gmail, or any other Google-owned logo.<\/p>\n

Does Google offer a logo maker?<\/h3>\n

No, Google does not offer a logo creator for the G Suite, but you can use any application you want.<\/p>\n

Some of the best known are Photoshop, Canva, etc.<\/p>\n
