Step 1 – Create or login to your Google Workspace account
The first step would be to create a Google Workspace FREE account in case you don’t have one, and if you already have one, go to the Google administrator at https://admin.google.com to sign in to your Google Workspace account and enter your login information. Now that you have it, it’s time to apply the promotional code. To do so, you have to open your panel and click on the billing icon. As shown in the image below.
In the billing section, Google Workspace will tell you how many days you have left in your trial. Simply ignore it and click on Configure Billing.
From here you can change the plan from Business Starter and Business Standard, choose the type of account you prefer and finally you will see the billing section.

If you see a notice like “10% off every month for 12 month(s) if the minimum monthly bill is $1.00” it simply means that your promotion code has been applied correctly.
